Send notifications, private emails, comments, etc from buddypress to real email

I tried to get a answer to this before but apparently it was lost or deleted. My users need to be able to send anything they get in buddypress like notifications, private emails, forums replys, anything really to their actually email address. Is there any hope of doing this.

The actual content or just a notification that something’s happened?

notifications, private emails, mentions. Not necessarily the content just email that something has happened to the user.
