SET FEATURED IMAGE ISSUE

Just upgrade to WP .3.2.1 and BP 1.2.9 and noted that set featured image is not working with buddypress default theme. When trying to edit a post or add a new one SET FEATURED IMAGE link not appear.
I tested using Twenty Ten 1.2 theme and SET FEATURED IMAGE link appear by edit a post or add new one.
How to fix this ?
