Setting user profiles to ‘private’

Hi,

Is there some way of setting user profiles to be ‘private’, so that they can only be viewed by other logged-in site members?

I do that on jbsocial.com using the following plugins

Member Access
PC Hide Pages
Peter’s Login Redirect
Simple Access Control
