Taking Members Directly To The First Unread Post

What I am looking to do is have my forums take members directly to the first unread post in a topic.
For example, let’s say there is a topic with 10 posts in it and a member reads them all and leaves. While he is gone 5 new posts are created in that topic, giving it a total of 15 posts.
Then when the member returns and clicks the topic link from the topics index it will take him directly to post #11 (the first unread post).
Hope that makes sense…
Is this possible to do?
