Has the lack of threaded comments for blog comments been fixed in the default theme yet, or is a fix coming out soon?

It’s been fixed in the development version which will become the 1.3 release. I can’t say when 1.3 is going to be released by at the moment

For now I’ve decided to try the Suffusion theme system.

@Virtuali Disqus and IntenseDebate both have some shortcomings that I can’t deal with having on my site.

Like I sad above, it’ll be part of 1.3. If you can’t wait, just add the margin to the appropriate elements yourself (I think that is all that was missing).

Also, probably out of context; but can I receive notification when someone comments on a forum topic, as well as all who have commented in the thread?
