Hello,

I want to allow uppercase in usernames and I have placed the “define( ‘BP_ENABLE_USERNAME_COMPATIBILITY_MODE’, true ); ” in bp-custom.php and didnt work.. so I tried with wp-config.php and didnt work either …. I keep getting the “Only lowercase letters and numbers allowed”

Any idea what am I doing wrong???

the bp-custom.php is located in the plugins folder….
