Please Guide me about that error , i found at my site

Warning: Parameter 1 to CustomHeadersAndFooters::loop_end() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/suman/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 395

Please guide me how to remove that error,
Its shows in online members side panel, Group panel site panel and member panel site panel also showing that error in forum .
