Why don’t the slideshow show images and such when I use this is a WP network?

Well title says much of it!
But I use a theme with a cool slideshow on the front page, the slidwshow is running, but it do not show anything when I use this in a WP network, and there is many thing with many theme not working right when in a WP network, anyone know how I can fix this? Change something in the original theme to get it working with WP network?
Please someone with the knowledge help me! I really need some help because this is starting to get way to time consuming and this theme with the slideshow I am using would be SO great for this blog network!
