Would this be possible?

Greetings my new beloved community!
As of a week ago i decided to craft my first Buddypress project. I’ve been playing around with the plugin for a bit, trying some extensions, getting to know the core and so on – but i’m starting to wonder if what i want actually is possible with Buddypress.
Obviously, this is also the reason of this new topic! In any case, i hope you can help me out, so i’m not trying to create something that simply isn’t possible without extending the core of Buddypress wildly.
What i’d like to know is:
1. Would it be possible to restrict the user-groups, so that they would function as categories, rather than user-made groups? I want only the administrators to be able to create groups – and place new users in them.2. Would it be possible to have different tabs in the extended profile view, so that i could have a map for the adresse, a description, contact information and so on in different tabs?
3. Would it be possible to integrate some sorf of news feed (buddystream comes to mind) into one of these new tabs, that automatically would take their updates from facebook/twitter, and put them in here?
The concept:
I’m trying to create a contact information directory for my network-group, so that we’re able to browse eachothers profiles, view the contact information, ect. ect. These have to display in categories, rather than user-groups, so that only the administrators are able to create a specific type of business group for example.I hope that it’s understandable what i’m trying to achieve, and that can help me get some answers to some of the above questions.
