Try increasing to 64Mb. If this doesn’t seem to make any affect, ask your host to do it for you.

Thanks, but I find the answer in one forum:
1. Open the buddypress/bp-core.php
2. Paste in empty line 2 , this code: ini_set(“memory_limit”,”80M”);
3. Activate the plugin.
Everything must be work!
