“install group forums” error “you do not have sufficient permission”

When installing forums I run into an issue:
When I click “install group forums” I get error “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”
I’m admin of the blog, and super-administrator of wordpress installation.Any idea?
Further info that could be relevant:
