Can members attach various kinds of files (jpg,png/pdf/audi/video/other documents etc) to:

1. Forum posts and replies?
2. Blog posts and comments?

Is it even possible in WP/BP?

Do you need any plugin to enable attachments?

Yes, you can do that with plugins. Search Google for “buddypress media plugin”.
