Id Validation Required for newly Registered users?

    i am using wordpress 3.3.1, buddypress 1.5.4, bp-column child theme:
    when user registered in my site i should validate the user with valid id like Driving License, etc?
    i want to send file upload control with user activation link?
    can any one help me?
