Is it possible to do so? The closest thing I found is the BP-Contents plugin (http://buddypress.org/community/groups/bpcontents/), but it won’t work with the last versions of WP and BP.

The goal is for the admin to create custom taxonomies from the WP/BP backend, and for the end user to be able to categorize himself using that taxonomies from his profile page in the site frontend.
