Private message thread can be pretty long if you keep replying to the same message thread. Is there a way to break this into pages? More like a forum topic thread.

Anyone done it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Works great so far. Picks the %%componentname%% for groups just fine now! Brilliant piece of work.

The members are never notified since the activity component is turned off. But the message is misleading. I’d say it’s a minor “bug”.

Same problem. %%componentname%% doesn’t work for groups.

Great addition for the meta description for the home page. Loved it.

Had a workaround. I uninstalled the plugin, deleted the group document’s values in the wp options databse and the group-documents folder in wp-uploads. Re-activated the plugin and it worked out O.K

@hnla Thanks. That was it. The db access values for wp-config.php did not match those of bb-config.php I must have forgot to change the DB Username in the bb-config.php file.

@nuprn1 Which table in particular? I can see wp_bb_meta has uri http:///wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums/bbpress/

Is that the right value?

After migrating a site, WP 2.9.2, BP 1.2.5.2 all forum topics disappeared. @hnla My first reaction was to mark them as spam then delete from BP admin bar. Marked as spam successfully but not deleting didn’t work 2 cases. Maybe a straight delete works, I will try that next. Marking a user as a spammer, only disables their next login – according to what I have found out. WP 2.9.2 BP 1.2.5.2 They can still post on forums and send PMS & Friend requests in the current session.

Is there a way to end their session? Forcibly log them off?
