@jwack hi, I had similar issues… even after removing the blog signup at registration, spammers would sign up, activate their accounts, and then create a new splog. to help cut down, I tried these steps: – changed my registration slug in bp-custom.php: define ( ‘BP_REGISTER_SLUG’, ‘join’ ); – also added a redirect of wp-signup.php inside…[Read more]

@pisanojm hey there, this is the same issue I mentioned in another thread (https://buddypress.org/community/groups/buddystream/forum/topic/buddystream-beta-release/?topic_page=4&num=15#post-75968) but it looks like the friends/groups/favorites filtering are now working on your buddystream site – do you have a patch available? That’d be really helpful =)

After browsing some of the links posted here, something I’ve noticed on several of the sites using buddystream as well as the buddystream.net site – the first set of filtering is broken on the main activity page and each member’s page: Personal, Friends, Groups, Favorites, etc.
