Now I need to know I to get the new topic id and the action for edit topic post.

I need 2 new functionality for buddypress:
1) I need to have an invisible user that can watch in an hidden group on administrator choice but cannot do anything only view.
2) I need that in forum topics can be opened only by administrators and moderators, users can only reply to open topics.

They don’t want to have the user registration open cause they register the invited users for the research and the welcome pack doesn’t send the invitation to became friends of the admin.
