turn off the “bp admin bar” in multi site on other sites. for example, i have sit a and site b. b uses bp while a does not. a should not see or use b’s bp admin bar but use the default wordpress admin bar.

That error message was from having the old BP activated. with out it activated I get:

Um……I have NO other plugins. NO other themes, fresh install of wordpress and activating buddypress gives me a 500 error. why?
