Is there any way to anchor the admin-bar?

When i move the vertical scroll the admin-bar floats on top of the screen. Is there any way to avoid this?

I don`t wont to have activity streams, but when i disable it in admin->buddypress->components, i have notice that posts in the gruops home disapear.

How can i do that?

Hi, i would like to change the template of the home page. I know it is possible with any page going (in the admin panel) to pages->change template.

However, the Home page is not listed in the pages admin panel, and therefore, i can not change the template.

Any idea?
