Discovered it was actually a compatability issue with bp-registration-options plugin and not 3.5. Situation has been corrected.
I was referring to sitewide forums. This plugin is broken for WP v3.5. Any other options? And thanks, I hadn’t seen this plugin and hopefully it is only temporarily broken.
