I am not sure if this helps; there is one good WP plugin called ‘Search everything’ (or ‘Search all’). The plugin has a great review. I had a though to add into my site a directory system. Something similar you created in your site for jobs offers for workers. But in my case it will be for matchmaking instead. Still researching making plans and playing with a couple of themes for now.

  Alright sounds good. BuddyPress might be the way to go for you, or maybe all you’d need is a forum (check out BBPress).

Still reading about BuddyPress but it looks great so far. Luckily no MU server set up is required anymore…
