Hey @djpaul I have discovered the issue, which was a misbehaving plugin. It was filtering a couple of views it shouldn’t have been. Sorry for the alarm, I just couldn’t see how that plugin could have been doing it, but of course it was. Bah.

@djpaul no, nothing in the error logs. The system seems to be working as designed, which is what is throwing me.

Hmm, seems that if you are administrator you see your own updates, anything lower than that you don’t. Not helpful.

For some users on my site (private beta) the personal activity stream is blank. For others it is full of their recent activity. I am completely mystified.
