Step 1: Install and Activate User Registration Plugin.
Step 2: Create User Registration Form.
Step 3: Add Custom Fields to Registration Form.
Step 4: Configure Settings of User Registration Form.
Step 5: Publish User Registration Form.
still have issue then must visit Nexus Iceland
