How do my users on my multi site Buddypress create blogs my site is http://votepolygamy.com I tried making a site for a user to have a blog at http://votepolygamy.com/jeff he has no theme and can’t post a blog?

When I click the edit profile link it sends me back to the home page. How can I fix this.
