Ah, so the plugin just doesn’t know where to show its menu, but it’s working fine otherwise. Except for the whole “configure me” part of course. I just set up a development server from scratch with WP 3.1 and enabled network sites, installed the latest BP and installed BP Groupblogs and network-activated both.
