I am experiencing exactly the same problem on my website.
I actually don’t need Groups and this is why I disabled them.
I forwarded this answer to Learndash support team and they continue to say the problem is part of your plugin “buddypress-learndash” and need to be fixed by your company.
Any ideas ?
