Actually after the install its not showing up at all.
Yup its not there. It’s only there when I use my other 1.1 theme.
Okay I still dont see the SITEWIDE blog POSTS widget ?
That did it! I was using a 1.1 theme though ? I gotta create a child theme for my site. Well thank you and keep up the good work!
I am having the same problem!
Anybody Know what I can do to change this ?
2.8.4a and 1.1

I have a similar problem and would love to hear a solution
Unfurtunately I solved the problem by just making everyone recreate their blogs. Because the groups were also not able to start threads. But thanks for the help anyways.
UPDATE:
It works when i great a new group
You are soooo smart ! HA that was it. Than kyou thank you thank you
Thanks everybody for the support.
Ps: The group images don’t seem to be showing up after the install.
oh SNAP!!! Thank you.
okay its not installing…even though i have created the bb-config.php file with the code that it asked be to copy and paste into it, it keeps going back to the same message to create a bb-config file.
Thats weird because I went through the install and it completed one time but it gave me the same problem…
How should I go about installing it?
Thank you I am looking into that now.
Okay…I don’t see anything in there that is going to help me.
Can you please point it out?
“@wordpressfan, you will want to make sure that wp-contents/plugins/buddypress/bp-forums/bbpress/ contains all of the files that come with bbPress.
When you use the auto-install functionality of BuddyPress forums, it will create a bb-config.php file at the root of your WordPress MU installation.”
I see the above but the auto install is not creating a bb-config.
Okay i deleted all the current blogs and now i can create new blogs but i have another issue which ill post in a new thread
