<p>You *might* be able to not show the form if you replace the sign-up process with a Gravity Form (I think that&#8217;s it &#8212; one of the form plugins). <p>My guess is Theme My Login is filtering the logout link so that <em>/login/</em> is used in place of <em>wp-login.php</em>.</p>
<p>I noticed from the &#8216;bad&#8217; URL that there&#8217;s no <code>_wpnonce</code> parameter. That is possibly the reason for the &#8216;Are you sure you want to do that?&#8217; message.</p>
