@discotoast – Deactivate that Terms of Use 2 plugin and you should be able to register on your site.

Just tried to sign up to your site and got this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /home/fortylicious/fortylicious.ca/wp-content/plugins/terms-of-use-2/terms-of-use.php on line 154
