Yes, no.

Assuming you mean the newest versions of bbPress (2.x), you won’t get group forums at the moment. You can continue to use bbPress for site-wide forums.

Check your theme’s header.php, near the ‘title’ tags. You haven’t got your site name hardcoded in, have you?
