BuddyPress’ database tables aren’t set up to work like this. It’d be extremely hacky and fiddly to try to do.

If you just want forums, try bbPress. It comes with an option for TinyMCE controls. I’ve not used that plugin before I guess it needs an update.

Sounds like you’d need to do a lot of custom development for the stats entry/management for either.

Are you running BP-Default 1.2.x’s javascript, or are you using 1.5s?

No, set WPLANG to ‘el’, just like if you weren’t using BuddyPress. You can’t define WPLANG twice, it won’t work. You’ll need a WordPress translation loaded, as well as a BuddyPress one.

Yes. Use bbPress 2.x (we refer to this inside BuddyPress as “Sitewide forums”). By the time you guys decide if you need a social layer in addition to a forum, both bbPress and BuddyPress will be ready to integrate.
