It uses the templates in /achievements/Includes/templates/. Copy the two directories in that folder to your theme, and edit them there.

I can’t see your site, but I guess you will need to modify the templates for Achievements to match your theme.

White screens are a PHP error. Please look in your web server’s error log, and you should find the cause. If you can’t do this your host should help.

I’m not sure this is possible without studying the code.

Either way, group details and settings *must* be 1st and 2nd.
