alphonse.tan, what is the slug/name of the page that you’ve assigned to the “Groups” component in wp-admin > BuddyPress > Components? Changing that should update menus etc

I’m not sure who wrote the BP Profile Search plugin, but unless you can debug the code yourself, you’ll probably need to wait from a response from its author.

You’ve got the right idea. You can tell from the markup, CSS, and javascript, unless it is has been heavily customised. Which for h-mag, it has (http://www.h-mag.com/wp-content/themes/hmag/style.css)

Those roles are added by bbPress 1.0. BuddyPress doesn’t use them.

It should just work out of the box. The bbPress activity stream support is included inside bbPress, so maybe it is not being loaded. I’ll ping @johnjamesjacoby to see if he has seen the problem before.
