BuddyPress doesn’t use any custom post types or taxonomies. We don’t know what type of thing you want to achieve, or where you want it, but; have you checked out any of the major forms plugins?

Turn of WP_DEBUG, or lower your PHP warning settings, or wait a couple of weeks to get BuddyPress 1.5, where we’ve fixed all these issues.

Have you tried contacting the developers of S2Member, or via a support forum or contact form on their site?

Go to bbPress.org, find a link to the latest version of the bbPress *plugin*, and set it up. If you need specific help, the bbPress.org site has its own forums and is the best place to ask.
