Look in wp_options table for a key called “welcomepack”; delete it.

Fair enough; as far as I know, BuddyPress doesn’t do anything to the login.

I think the others have hit the nail on the head – this sort of project I’d be happy to take on, but I suggest you email @francescolaffi and ask how his project is going, etc.
Also I’d love to see what the noteflight team came up with (learn something new every day)

Erm. I suggest you rename your wp-content/plugins/ folder to something else, then revisit the backend. It’ll disable all of your plugins (then you can move them back), but at least it should fix things. It’s best if you create a forum post if you need more help, thanks.

Yeah, let me know what other plugins you’re using and which theme. It’s *probably* a conflict with something, but we’ll figure it out.

Ah. That is a bit tricky, because of course it needs to be dynamic on a per-user basis as BuddyPress doesn’t have a handy “example.com/myprofile” short link.

I’ll add this sort of thing in the next release; probably a week or two. Thanks for the idea Brent

Just try it. As long as it is built using the correct WordPress hooks and does things in the right way, it will work with BuddyPress.

Memory requirements vary from server to server so we can’t declare a minimum requirement as it probably will be inaccurate. It’s probably worth mentioning that WordPress 3.0 itself gets very close to 32Mb on a typical server (there was a ticket in the wordpress trac).
