The files in “Issue 1” were renamed/moved in 1.6. Try clearing your browser’s cache and see if it stops requesting the files. If it continues requesting them, on which page are you testing this on?

What version of WordPress are you using? multisite or regular?

It’ll be a profile field set up in wp-admin. Look for “Profile Fields” under the “Users” menu, and delete it.

You didn’t confirm that you read through the first link that karmatosed provided. Please confirm of you’ve read through https://codex.buddypress.org/releases/version-1-6/upgrading-to-1-6/ and taken the steps appropriately.

bp_is_group_admin_screen is still in BuddyPress 1.6.

The error is reported from the buddypress-group-documents plugin. Get in contact with the plugin’s author and let them know.

What exactly broke with your templates? If it’s a genuine problem, we can’t fix what people don’t tell.

Any errors in your web server’s PHP error log? If you don’t know what that is, ask your web host to look at it for you.

One way is to set the BP_GROUPS_DEFAULT_EXTENSION constant in your wp-config.php, or you can use the filter “bp_groups_default_extension”.
