I have a tradition wordpress blog, self hosted. http://blog.davidhthomas.net

I tried installing the listed buddypress plugin and it crashed my admin access, blank page. had to delete through ftp.

Any help would be appreciated. I have heard that buddypress must have its own install. But it is clearly listed as an available plugin.
