@hnla and @mercime, thanks for the tips! It’s really doing my head in tho. I changed all the 14px vallues from the default css to 12px. Still won’t affect the font size. Aaargh!

I can still see a few 14px sizes in default.css

There is a danger in font-sizes described in the way they are, I see no body font size set with that set and then relative measures e.g ’em’, ‘%’ used it is easier to control font sizing

  correction you have a body size set on/in legacy.css

@mercime – Wow, I have trouble locating the CSS responsible for the big font. There are so many css files on so many locations, even with firebug I cant figure it out. @mercime – cheers! Good suggestion! I will implement the font size change tomorrow.

Also it seems that invite friend appears twice with a slight offset from each other and the aligning of some div’s could be better. I’ll work on it some more.

The great Arras Theme did not yet have a child theme that made it compatible with buddypress. So I decided to make one. I hope people like it and give me some feedback!

Maybe yo can try the Ucan post plugin http://cartpauj.com/projects/ucan-post-plugin/ . I’m not a hardcore buddypress user so I can’t help you with a BP only solution.
