The &#8220;Publish&#8221; vs. &#8220;Submit-for-Review&#8221; button option is determined by the users role definition.  an AUTHOR will have the PUBLISH button available on a Post page; whereas, a CONTRIBUTOR will have the Submit-for-Review button.</p>
