@favtrip There is a plugin called BuddyPress Groupblog (https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-groupblog/) that might work for you. I can help you with anything you need. As well, I know that Paul is quite experienced with BuddyPres and would be great as well. 🙂

Can someone please change the awesome skeleton plugin to reflect these important changes – I like Boone, spent about an hour trying to work this out. Until stumbling on this thread. The skeleton loader uses bp_init to load the files, it should use bp_include and the functions in the plugin core should be updated too.

@seagrinch I figured admins would want to keep their settings, so I elected to only change ordinary members. you can temporarily change this value on your own install. just do a search for the text in the functions file and one of the flags for one of the functions is to include admins or not.

i screwed up the latest release of 2.7 when I re-wrote some digest code to speed it up – I removed the code that fired the digests. They were still stored, but never fired. now they will work and you’ll get all the digested items. sorry about that error. 😳
