@dwenaus Great code.
Quick question, would it be possible to show it in the activity tab, regardless of tab? Currently it only shows if using the “My Groups”.

@Dwenaus I think that’s a little beyond my understanding, but I’ll work it out. I would think header and footer would be what I was really after – for some simple branding.

@dwenaus @chefouvi – In an Announce group – is there a way to make it so members can’t make new posts, but can reply to existing posts and forum topics. This would be quite a useful feature where Admins can direct the topics of conversation but limit spaming and off topic posts.

  this would be possible, but would be a customization to the plugin that I would not incorporate into the main plugin code. I’m too busy to take on any work at this moment, but I believe there are others in the community that can help you out if you’re not a programmer. good luck.

  you might also be able to do this in a non secure way just with css. insert the user’s username into some wrapper div or the body element, then hide the create post form for all users then show it for admin.

It really depends on what you want to do with the wiki. I like how he just leaves us in the dust with his “if anyone needs paid support let me know”

I think I might just switch over to another notification plugin.

Thanks @dwenaus – unfortunately we’ve had to abandon those solutions and go with a lower featured javascript based slideshow plugin. There were just too many conflicts (three plugins in addition to yours were having issues) so we decided to jump ship.

As I have been busy, it may take some time for me to proceed.
Well, I tried adding “date_default_timezone_set” to wp-config.php, but in vain.
It does not work as I expected.
Is it really working for you?
