@nahum I found the problem. In my theme settings the Members slug was being removed and I disabled it in my BuddyPress advanced settings. I deactivated and reactivated BuddyPress and now it’s working. Thank you so much for being patience and giving advice on fixing my issue. Thank you

Now I changed BuddyPress template from Nouveau to Legacy and now I cannot view my own profile page. The layout of my members page changed as well which matches more to the theme layout that I wanted. Do I need to delete the buddypress plugin and upload it again to possibly fix the issue of not being able to view profiles.

    Thanks

I’m using the Reign Theme from Wbcomdesigns. When I have more time, I’m going to have to go through each plugin and see what is causing this or use a different theme to compare.

I’m going to check my settings in BuddyPress to make sure I didn’t change anything that would hinder someone from viewing profiles. My concern is if I can’t see the profile then neither can their friends.

Now I can see his profile from that link but when I type in and go through my profile page, click friends and it pulls up my list of friends. I click on his name and I get paged not found.

My question now is what steps did you go through to get to have the profile come up.

Yes, there is only one page for members. When I click on my profile. My profile name shows up after the members page but when I click on my friends page, the members directory

    Example:
    My profile: https://trvbe.com/members/easleyr1/profile/

    My friend’s profile:https://trvbe.com/krisavalon/

Do I need to check my file manager under my webhost to make the changes?

I also tried to look at why my profile comes up under the members group but others don’t.
