I’ve gone from a page speed score of 63 to 83 using the points above and am seeing what else I can trim off

I also switched off a twitter plugin BuddyPress Tweet Button that put buttons next to most activity items, contacting twitter always seemed to slow things down

@imjscn it is indeed, which is why I am trying out FV Gravatar Cache to cache them locally and then run a regular cron job to recache

If you are an administration of the group, then go to the group > admin > email options

@jakel I did ask the developer about being able to fill in the registration form, but his response was “only autoregistration is supported. I’m having issues with BP humanity and the new updates with WP 3.1 and BP 1.2.8 where the box is showing on the registration page, but nothing else – Has anyone else seen any issues?

@foxly thanks for the speedy fixes. I have WP 3.1 and updated BP running on a test environment and all seems to work well again.

Getting closer to the point where I can upgrade 🙂
