    the problem is Buddypress.. not the theme… Buddypress just simpley blocks main css files from loading only in ie8 and ie9 !… and i really dont know why … no1 else have a idear why and how to fix the problem !??

    i dont can post here… also it is cleary a buddypress problem… and i know the problem.. it just simply dont load the CSS in ie8 and ie9 form the template.. ( it works fine in ie10 )

    so no1 really know why ? or got any idear the reason why buddypress want load the themes css in ie8 or ie9 ?

    i think i fixed it…. it was totaly broke but i deactivated and active it agian
    and now the css is ok…

    the only thing that’s broke now is the “featured post slider” if you know something like that plugin that has the same functional but better css for ie please let me know…
