The reason you are still experiencing problems is because you put a space in BP Album’s page slug name.

Version 0.1.9 of BP Album+ lets you manually set every path the plugin uses, so if you’re stuck with that particular web host, it might help.

It means either:

a) your FTP program corrupted the BP Album+ files during the upload.
b) your FTP program corrupted WordPress during upload.
c) the PHP interpreter on your web server isn’t set up properly

The problem you’ve posted has nothing to do with BP Album+. The screen that page directs to means the server has experienced a hardware failure.

You’ll need to contact HostGator technical support to resolve this problem.

Version 1.7 is the most stable release we have out, but BP Album+ should really be considered as “in development” and not used on mission-critical sites until we’ve done a lot more testing on it.

So technically, you’re both right… 🙂
