How can i hide the Buddy press admin/navigation bar and add all of the menus under “my account” to my own theme navigation bar?

i had the same problem and go no help…lol, know i dont see a create a group button on the group page….unless i use a buddypress theme (thats with all the plugins default packs or w/e)
