I became a novice web designer using Yahoo Site builder in the late 1990s, and then moved to WIX and Weebly to help two non-profits make their debut on the internet. I became tired of learning the different platforms and eventually migrated those two non profits to WordPress. http://www.americanlegionakron.org and http://www.summitcountystanddown.org. Since then, I have used WP to create my own business site, http://www.gunnyret.com and another non-profit; http://www.neovets.org.
It seems I learn something new everyday and I love this after spending 20 years on active duty in the Marine Corps as an HR manager and recruiter, and 6 years as a welfare caseworker and VA Contractor.
