I am using MP MU 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.5

Hi,
I installed BP and everything seems to work fine except that when a new user register, it says that the registration can be completed through an email, WHILE there is NO EMAIL that is sent.
I tried all the suggestions on the site with no success.
