Anybody willing to beta test 0.8 which includes:

* Liking of blog posts
* Showing a preview of the activity which has been liked
* Option to post ‘X liked Y’ updates to the activity stream or not

I’ve been trying to include a whole bunch of features in the next release. However, I see you’re very eager for this! So.. I’ll release a new version tonight with just that new feature included.

  @hempsworth Yes, sorry to seem persistent, but with a lack of communication, I tend to start shaking doors… I am very patient, but it seems that you have to be somewhat tenacious when getting things accomplished with BuddyPress and not trying to annoy people, yet prompt them and encourage them to move forward and cheer-lead…

Fear not! I’ve started a new job and I’m running as a local councillor for a new political party – so I’ve been very busy!

I’ve been working on the plugin to bring features that ive wanted from the start, expect a new release over the weekend.

      I would like to re-initiate my request for to anyone that can offshoot this plugin (BuddyPress Like -inactive for over 200 days) and make it add a brief summary (100 characters) description of the activity that was ”liked” (and look nice). @hempsworth @anybody….

Is there a way to create a new ‘type’ of group as well as having the regular groups work too. So if I were to go to ‘/groups/mygroup’ or ‘/clubs/myclub’ both would work, and both would have the same features as regular groups? Because I want both to work I can’t just rename the group […]
