hmm.. isn’t htaccess update automatically when I install buddypress? if not, what should I put on htaccess?

I am using latest version of WP and BP. Buddypress members page is showing 500 internal server error for http://skinnystork.com/members/ this site.
Anyone please help me.

I am using php version 5.2.17, so.. Isn’t there any other option to solve this prob without updating php version?
